Our team has been involved in a diverse range of land development projects, coordinating land development permitting applications across British Columbia, particularly in Kelowna and the Okanagan, from technical permitting applications with the province, to residential subdivisions and large-scale master-planned communities.

Kirschner Mountain is a master-planned hillside land development project in Kelowna, BC, with over 100 acres still to be developed. As Development Manager, Ascend supports the owner with multi-phase development management, project management, and approvals support—coordinating civil engineering, servicing strategies, and municipal submissions and approvals. 
 
Our role includes leading and coordinating OCP and zoning amendment applications, subdivision applications, development permits, and stormwater management design approvals. By aligning consultants, the City of Kelowna, and utility providers, we help keep this complex development project moving through the approvals process and into new phases of serviced single-family and multi-family lots

This 11-acre development project in Vernon, BC, involves subdividing and servicing a pre-zoned parcel to create a new phase of residential lots with multi-family potential.
