As Development Manager, Ascend supports the owner with multi-phase development management, project management, and approvals support—coordinating civil engineering, servicing strategies, and municipal submissions and approvals.
Our role includes leading and coordinating OCP and zoning amendment applications, subdivision applications, development permits, and stormwater management design approvals. By aligning consultants, the City of Kelowna, and utility providers, we help keep this complex development project moving through the approvals process and into new phases of serviced single-family and multi-family lots
