- Ensure all regulatory timelines and compliance requirements are met
Project Oversight & Coordination
Develop and manage project tracking systems by phase
Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and provide detailed action logs
Oversee progress draws, contracts, and deliverables
Conduct site visits and monitor servicing and construction milestones
Strategic Planning
Support multi-phase and master-planned community strategies
Advise on project feasibility, land use potential, and servicing requirements
Align development goals with long-term growth and municipal objectives
